SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed will ship out in 1-3 days.  We make sure that all jewelry is protected from damage during shipping using a padded envelope, jewelry box with padding, and bubble wrap when needed. Delivery dates provided are just an estimate and are not guarenteed.  

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return for a full refund or exchange up to 30 days after you received your package.  Items returned or exchanged must be damage free.  Shipping cost in non-refundable.  Sale items are final sale.  For domestic orders, we will include a return label covered by us.  For international returns, we will split the cost of shipping 50/50. 

REPAIR POLICY

We will repair your jewelry if damaged up until a year after date of purchase for certain types of damages.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs.  Resin that gets deeply scratched or broken can not be fixed.  Individual exceptions apply.

We accept credit card payments and various other methods such as iDeal, depending on your location.
